Have had my appointments cancelled twice in a row. Extremely frustrating when you book these appointments only to have them cancel with less then 24 hours notice. As per your cancellation policy do i receive a fee for your late cancellation? i think not!

Garima is a fantastic Physiotherapist. Knowledgeable and friendly. Kind patient centred approach to care and I will be back. Cannot recommend her enough.

I’ve just started attending reformer at this facility and so far the service and attention has been wonderful. I had an assessment with a Physio and it was excellent. The reformer instructor is welcoming and friendly and provides “instruction” in a helpful and non patronising manner.
Reception staff were helpful and friendly and so far all appointments have been stress free.

Peter was great and I felt an improvement with my shoulder injury from the very first of six treatments.

Visiting from Victoria for an in-line hockey tournament, Peter took great care of me to ensure I could complete the tournament safely. He also followed up to check in with me after I’d returned to Melbourne, I really appreciated the top notch care.
